Introduction
THE LI 676 gives clarity to establishment, objective, the board and management and staff of the corporation.
The body known immediately before the commencement of this Instrument as the "Tema Shipyard and Drydock Interim Board" is hereby established as a body corporate to be known as the “Tema Shipyard and Drydock Corporation" in this Instrument referred to as the "Corporation".
