Labour Regulations, 2007 (L.I. 1833)

(1) A person who gives out or receives another person for purposes of trafficking commits an offence even where the person is a parent. .. 
 
(2) A person who contravenes sub-regulation (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a term of imprisonment of not more than five years.
