Labour Regulations, 2007 (L.I. 1833)

Where the period of service to be stipulated in a re-engagement foreign contract, together with the period already served under the expired contract involves the separation of a worker from the worker's family for more than eighteen months, the worker shall not begin the service stipulated in the re-engagement contract until the worker has had the opportunity to return home at the expense of the employer.
