Minimum Wage Regulations, 1999 (LI 1658)
Regulation 1
(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Labour Regulations, 1967 (L.I. 632)[sic] the minimum wage rate per day of a worker in Ghana shall be two thousand and nine hundred cedis.
(2) The minimum wage shall be exclusive of any allowance.
