Minimum Wage Regulations, 1999 (LI 1658)
Regulation 2
The minimum wage specified under regulation 1 of these Regulations shall not apply to—
(a) any person who works less than an average of twenty seven hours a week;
(b) piece workers;
(c) share croppers;
(d) sea-going personnel in the fishing industry who are not wage earners; and
(c) apprentices.
