Regulation 18 nd 19
18. A shipowner shall compensate a seafarer for injury, loss or unemployment, where a ship is lost or has foundered.
Manning levels
19. (1) A shipowner shall ensure that at all times, the ship has a sufflcient number of seafarers on board.
(2) A ship shall be manned in accordance with the safe manning requirements issued under the Ghana Shipping Act, 2003 (Act 645).
