Securities Industry Act, 2016 (ACT 929)
Section 61: (1) A unit trust is constituted by a document made under seal between the manager of the unit trust and the trustee and the document is the trust deed.
(2) The trust deed shall be in the prescribed form and contain the prescribed particulars.
