Securities Industry Act, 2016 (ACT 929)
Section 113: Subject to section 111 (3) and the Regulations, the Commission shall grant or renew a licence granted to the representative of a market operator if after consideration of the application it considers that the applicant will perform the functions efficiently, honestly and fairly.
