Securities Industry Act, 2016 (ACT 929)
Section 119: (1) Subject to subsection (2), a licence is valid for one year and is renewable on an annual basis.(2) The Commission may specify the schedule of licence renewals that will permit for licences to be renewed on a calendar year basis.
