Securities Industry Act, 2016 (ACT 929)
Section 120: Where;(a) a market operator ceases to carry on the business to which a licence relates;(b) the holder of a representative's licence ceases to be a representative of the market operator in relation to whom the representative's licence was issued; or(c) a change occurs in any matter, particulars of which are required by section 121 to be entered in the register of licence holders in relation to the holder of a licence, the market operator or the holder of the licence shall, not later than fourteen days after the occurrence of the event give to the Commission, in the prescribed form, particulars in writing of the event.
