Introduction
IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Agriculture by paragraph 7 of the Fruit Industry Decree, 1969 (NLCD 356) (hereinafter referred to as "the Decree") these Regulations are made this 18th day of March, 1970.
