Minerals And Mining (Explosives) Regulations, 2012 (LI 2177)
Regulation 43 Packaging of explosives (1) A person who manufactures, deals in or uses explosives shall ensure that the explosives are packaged in accordance with the latest edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, prepared by the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. (2) A person licensed to manufacture explosives shall ensure that (a) any explosives taken out of the explosives manufacturing plant are packaged and marked in accordance with the requirements of these Regulations; (b) the interior of each package, is clean and free of foreign material; and (c) each package that is used is destroyed.
