Regulation 112 Contents of a Class II licence A Class II licence shall be in writing and shall include the following:
(a) the name of the licensee and its particulars;
(b) the service approved to be provided under the licence;
(c) the duration of the licence;
(d) the rights and obligations of the licensee;
(e) fees and other payments required under the licence; and
(f) penalties for breach of a term and condition of the licence.
