Animals (Control of Importation), LI 1952 (No. 36 of 1952)
Regulation 5: Any veterinary inspector may seize any cattle imported into the Gold Coast in contravention of the provisions of regulation 4 of these Regulations and may, at his discretion, remove the cattle from the Gold Coast notwithstanding that proceedings against the person responsible for importing the same have not been instituted.
