Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 27 (1) The date of birth, or any information on a member entered in the records of the Trust shall be considered to be accurate unless the Director-General reasonably believes that the information is not accurate. (2) Where the Director-General reasonably believes that the date of birth of a member has not been correctly stated, the Director-General may (a) ask to be furnished with further evidence of date of birth; (b) assess the information given; and (c) substitute what the Director-General considers to be the correct age.
