Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 48(1) The Director-General may after conducting investigations that the Director-General considers necessary and on payment of a fee, issue a duplicate certificate of membership to a member who has lost the original certificate of membership. (2) The duplicate certificate shall be endorsed with the word "DUPLICATE".
