Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 52 (1) An employer or self-employed person shall make payments to the Scheme on the due dates even if the employer or self-employed person does note receive forms on time. (2) An employer or self-employed person who contravenes sub-regulation (2) is liable to the penalty specified under the Act.
