Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 58 An employer, worker or self-employed person who immediately before the commencement of these Regulations was registered as an employer, worker or self employed person under the Social Security Regulations 1973 (L.I. 818) shall be considered as registered under the basic national social security scheme established under the Act.
