Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 59 (1) The Social Security Regulations 1973 (L.I. 818) are hereby revoked. (2) Despite the revocation any notices, orders, directions, appointments or any other act lawfully made or done under the revoked enactment and in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations shall be considered to have been made or done under these Regulations and shall continue to have effect until reviewed, cancelled or terminated.
