Basic National Social Security Scheme Regulations, 2011 (L.I. 1989)
Regulation 6 (1) An employer shall require a worker to complete any other forms determined by the Director-General to be appropriate. (2) A worker who is unable to complete the forms shall authorise the employer or agent to complete the forms on behalf of the worker.
