5. Prohibition
A person shall not use a room used as a mill as a living or bed room.
7. Prohibited Person
(a) A proprietor or a person in charge of a mill shall not allow any person suffering from an infectious or contagious disease to operate the mill.
(b) For purposes of the foregoing Bye-Law, the Medical Officer of Assembly or a designated health facility shall examine the operator(s) and certify their health condition as suitable to operate the machine and the same shall form part of the conditions for granting the license
