Central Securities Depository Act, 2007 (Act 733)
Section 11: (1) A depository shall provide assistance to the Commission for the performance of its functions.
(2) The Commission and its agents shall have access to any part of the premises of a depository at reasonable times to ensure compliance with this Act.
