Central Securities Depository Act, 2007 (Act 733)
Section 38(1)
Where a stock exchange or a depository prescribes any securities proposed to be listed or quoted on a stock exchange to be immobilised or dematerialised, the issuer of the security shall notify the public that the security is prescribed in the prospectus or other offer document issued.
