Section 47—Notice of refusal to renew licence
Where the Board intends to refuse to renew a licence, the Board shall give the applicant or licensee
(a) a notice of intention to refuse,
(b) reasons for the intention to refuse, and
(c) an opportunity to make representations to the Board.
