Public Health Act, 2012 (Act 851)
Section 4: (1)A person licensed to sell in a store situated in an infected area or a part of an infected area which is included in an order for evacuation, is entitled
(a) to a transfer of the licence to a store situated in a place to which the order for evacuation does not extend, and
(b) to a refund of the whole or a part of the fee paid for the licence, or as may be awarded by a Compensation Board estab- lished under section 12.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to a food vendor or a person who sells water or beverages.
