Accra Metropolitan Assembly (Herbalists) Bye-laws, 2017
1. No herbalist shall practice within the area of authority of the Assembly unless he first-
a) registers with the Ghana Psychic and Traditional Healing Association; and
b) obtain a licence from the Assembly's Medical Officer of Health or unless he complies with any conditions which the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly with approval by or Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development endorse on the licence.
2. A herbalist's licence issued under these Bye-laws shall be valid for one year from the date of issue.
