Trees and Timber (Control Of Export Of Logs) Regulations, 1961 (L.I. 130)
Regulation 5— Penalty.
Any person who contravenes the provisions of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction, to a fine not exceeding fifty pounds or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
