Section 16—Notice of refusal to issue or renew a licence
(1) Where the Board intends to refuse to issue or renew a licence, the Board shall give the applicant or licensee
(a) a notice of intention to refuse,
(b) reasons for the intention to refuse, and
(c) an opportunity to make a representation to the Board.
(2) Where a licence is either refused or revoked the applicant or the licensee shall be informed of the reason within four weeks of the refusal or revocation.
