HEALTH PROFESSIONS REGULATORY BODIES ACT, 2013 (ACT 857)

Section 40—Cancellation of registration
(1) A certificate of a practitioner shall be cancelled by the Board on the recommendations of the Registrar where the practitioner
(a) is convicted of an offence under this Part or the Regulations,
(b) has breached any of the terms of the licence for the facility,
(e) no longer has the qualification on the basis of which the registration was made, or
(d) is sentenced to a term of imprisonment for a criminal offence.
(2) The Board may, in the public interest, cancel the certificate of a practitioner.
