Section 53—Private burial grounds
(1) A District Assembly shall, on the advice of a Zonal Committee, license as a private burial ground any parcel of land which a person may wish to set aside as a private burial ground.
(2) There shall be attached to the licence, conditions determined by the District Assembly in consultation with its sub-committee.
