Section 74—Requirement of licence for operation of ambulance services
(1) Subject to this Part, a person shall not establish, operate or otherwise provide an ambulance service unless that person has been granted a licence for that purpose by the Board.
(2) The ambulance services required to be provided under this Part are specified in the Second Schedule.
