Regulation 9—Types of explosives operating plans
A manager shall provide one or more of the following relevant plans as is appropriate to the explosives activity to be carried out under the control of the manager
(a) an explosives storage operating plan;
(b) an explosives transport operating plan;
(c) an explosives manufacturing operating plan;
(d) an explosives use operating plan;
(e) an explosives dealer operating plan; and
(f) a blasting firm operating plan.
