Powers of Inspections
4. The Metropolitan Director of Health Services and any Environmental Health Officer shall have power to enter any premises licensed under this Bye-law for the purpose of inspection at any time between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., and also at any time when any fish cleaning, smoking, curing and packing is being carried out therein.
