Offence and Penalty
9. Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Bye-law or obstructs or resists any officer acting or purporting to act in the performance of his duties related to the administration of this Byelaw commits an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of at least 100 penalty units and at most 250 penalty units, or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months, or to both; and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further penalty not exceeding one ( I ) penalty unit for each day during which the offence continues after written notice of the offence has been served on him/her.
