Credit Reporting Act, 2007 (Act 726)
Section 10 (1) Where an applicant (a) pays the stipulated fees, and (b) satisfies the pre-conditions for the grant of a licence, the Bank shall grant the licence within three months after receiving the application. (2) A licence granted by the Bank is subject to the conditions specified in the licence. (3) The Bank may by written notice to a credit bureau vary a condition or restriction in relation to a licence.
