Survey Act, 1962 (Act 127)
Section 8: A licensed surveyor shall, before the 15th day of January in each year, report in writing to the Chief Survey Officer at Accra, the full name and postal address of the surveyor, for entry in the register, and shall report a subsequent change of address or name that takes place.
