Securities Industry Act, 2016 (ACT 929)
Section 114: A bank or other financial institution which intends to do business in the capital market other than the business of trustee, custodian, primary dealer, nominee, registrar, issuing house and underwriter, shall incorporate a subsidiary company under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) and apply for the relevant licence.
