Tema Corporation (Transfer of Functions) (Amendment) Order, 1961 L.I 117
IN exercise of the powers conferred on the President by section 17A of the Tema Corporation Ordinance, 1952 (No. 35) as amended by the Tema Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1960 (No. 10) the following Instrument is made this day of 16th May, 1961.
The Schedule to the Tema Corporation (Transfer of Functions) Order, 1960 (L.I. 52) is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following paragraph—
" (viii) the accounting duties of the Tema Development Organization ".
