Sporting Authority Regulations
1. Letter/ Memo from secretary general or (under some circumstances the president) requesting for the introductory letter.
2. A copy of Invitation Letter from organizers of the sporting event.
3. Copy of Photo Album of the Association / Federation.
4. Copies of Passport (biometric page and other pages with visas; if any) and original passport for inspection by Technical Head.
5. Personal Interview of applicants (travelling team).
6. Completion of Undertaking Form duly signed by the president of NSA's recognized Federation I Association (available at the Director General's Office).
7. Name of accompanying Staff of NSA.
