Tobacco Control Regulations, 2016 (L.I. 2247)
Regulation 18:
The Minister may issue a code of conduct prescribing standards for public officers service providers, contractors and consultants involved in setting or implementing public health policies for effective tobacco control.

Sales Restrictions
1. The law prohibits the sale of tobacco products via vending machine, the internet, and in educational facilities, stadiums, healthcare facilities, amusement parks, and movie theatres.
2. Sale of single cigarettes, small packets of cigarettes, and smokeless tobacco in unit packages weighing less than 30 grams is prohibited.
3. Tobacco products should not be sold in cultural facilities.
4. The sale of tobacco products is prohibited to persons under the age of 18....
