3. Provision of Sanitary Condition
a) An operator of a bakery shall provide toilet facilities to the staffs of the bakery or as may be directed by the Environmental Health of the Assembly.
b) An operator of a bakery shall make sufficient provision for the disposal of solid waste and waste water from the premises.
