2. Condition of Rooms
(a) A room for storage of flour, baking of bread, display of bread, and sale of bread shall be protected from rodents and other vermin.
(b) A room for storage of flour, baking of bread, display of bread, and sale of bread shall be well ventilated and lighted with either natural or artificial means.
(c) A person shall not use any room reserved bakery purposes, for sleeping and keeping of personal belongings.
