3. Provision of sanitary condition
(a) An operator of a bakery shall provide toilet facilities to the staff as may be directed by the Sanitary Officer of the Assembly.
(b) An operator of a bakery shall make sufficient provision for the disposal of solid waste and waste water from the premises.
