NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE ACT, 2012 (ACT 852)
Section 63:
(1) A person shall not provide private health insurance service or operate a private health insurance scheme unless the scheme is registered with the Authority and issued with a licence.
(2) A person who acts contrary to subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than five hundred penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not more than three years or to both.
