Securities Industry Act, 2016 (ACT 929)
Section 124: Where a person who holds a licence issued under this Act has before the expiration of the licence applied for a renewal of the licence and the licence has not been issued, that person shall not, until the licence is renewed or the application for the licence is refused or withdrawn, be held liable for not holding a licence.
