HEALTH PROFESSIONS REGULATORY BODIES ACT, 2013 (ACT 857)
Section 16:
(1) Registration shall not be suspended unless the Board has given the practitioner at least thirty days notice of its intention to suspend the registration and has provided the practitioner an opportunity to make representation to the Board.
(2) Registration shall not be cancelled unless the Board has given the practitioner at least thirty days notice of its intention to cancel the registration.
(3) A person dissatisfied with a decision of the Board may appeal to the High Court.
