HEALTH PROFESSIONS REGULATORY BODIES ACT, 2013 (ACT 857)
Section 35:(1) A person may apply to the Registrar for permanent registration after practicing with a provisional registration for a period determined by the Board and after successfully completing housemanship.
(2) A permanent registration is valid for the calendar year in which it was made.
(3) The registration shall be renewed by the practitioner before it expires.
