Dam Safety Regulations, 2016, L.I. 2236
Regulation 27
(1) The owner of the dam or the operator of the dam shall employ the services of an engineer to design the alterations necessary for the decommissioning of the dam before commencing with the decommissioning.
(2)A person shall not be appointed as an engineer under subregulation (1) unless that person possesses the qualifications specified in the Seventh Schedule.
