Regulation 37
(1) The fee for each class of licence is as specified in the Schedule to the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous ProVisions) Act, 2009 (Act 793). (2) The fees may be reviewed periodically by the Commission.
(3) Subject to the Ministries, Departments and Agencies (Retention of Fees) Act, 2007 (Act 735), the Commission is authorised to retain moneys realised in the performance of its functions under these Regulations and use them to fund dam safety activities.
