HEALTH PROFESSIONS REGULATORY BODIES ACT, 2013 (ACT 857)
Section 135:
(1) A person, a body corporate or a government institution shall not provide psychological services unless the premises are licensed in accordance with this Part.
(2) An applicant who seeks to license premises for psychological services shall apply to the Registrar in the manner determined by the Board.
(3) The license for premises may be general or limited and is valid for the period determined by the Board.
(4) The Board may revoke a license if satisfied that the physical conditions of the premises have ceased to be suitable for the provision of psychological services.
(5) Parapsychologists shall not be registered to practice as independent practitioners unless that person works under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
